My goal for clients is to assist them in better health practices by reducing stress and tension in their bodies.  This will enable them to learn how to connect their mind, body and spirit.  Leave session with a renewed sense of energy and a calm peaceful feeling.

Massage sessions can include a variety of modalities based on the clients' needs such as Swedish massage, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Trigger Point, Pregnancy massage, Chair massage, Aromatherapy, Rock-n-Rain massage, Reiki, Cranial-Sacral and Cranial-Neural.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1998 and have been licensed in Arizona since 2006, as well as Nationally Certified since 2006.  I am now a Board Certified Massage Therapist since 2013.  Board Certification represents the highest level of massage licensing due to its rigid requirements in both education hours and work experience.
